I tried it once, but I have seen so many horrible HDR photos at flickr over the years so I gave it up. It only works if you can't tell that it is a HDR photo.
That definitely works. Wasn't a fan of HDR but the latest software gives a much more subtle effect. Unfortunately I don't have anything that will do it and can't justify upgrading at the moment. What do you use?
Have to agree with Steffe and his photos are much better than mine. That said I have tried it a few times though not with much success. I do like the effect that you have got here though, I think the sky makes all the difference.

ReplyDeleteI love the painterly effect that some manage to pull off. But generally a good exposure mix makes for a much better photo.

ReplyDeleteTry Photomatrix Pro. As far as a "Photograph" goes I don't like HDR, but as an emerging art-form I think that the technology is only getting better.
